Subscription Agreement

1. Transaction Amount
The total transaction amount includes the price of the selected subscription plan, as well as all taxes, fees, and other mandatory charges associated with its payment.
The subscription price and billing frequency are governed by the Pricing Plans available at .
Payment is made using the user’s linked bank card.
2. Transaction Currency
The subscription payment is made in Russian Rubles.
If a foreign currency is used, the conversion will be performed at the exchange rate of the receiving bank or payment system.
3. User Consent to Save Payment Details for Future Transactions
By completing a payment on the site, the Buyer subscribes to one of the selected Pricing Plans and, acting of their own free will and in their own interests, consents to the storage of their bank card payment details in the Seller’s information system — Individual Entrepreneur Georgy Ilyich Kraichik (hereinafter – the Provider, site ) — for the purpose of using these details for automatic and recurring payments for the subscription or other services in accordance with the terms of the offer agreement and the Plan chosen by the Buyer.
- Masked Card Details: only the last four digits of the bank card will be displayed in the profile for identification purposes.
- Usage of Stored Card Details: the stored card details will be used exclusively for automatic subscription charges on the dates and terms specified by the selected Plan.
- Notification of Changes: the Buyer will be duly notified of any changes to billing terms via the email provided at registration no later than three (3) days before the changes take effect.
- Cancellation and Withdrawal of Consent: the Buyer may cancel the subscription and/or withdraw consent to store and use payment details at any time via their account dashboard at or, if necessary, by contacting support at support@upshell.io.
- Term of Consent: this consent remains in effect until full performance of the agreement, cancellation of the subscription, withdrawal of this consent, or expiration of the payment card.
4. Cancellation, Refunds, and Inquiries
4.1 Subscription Cancellation

After cancellation, no further charges will be made, but access to the platform remains until the end of the already paid period.
4.2 Refunds
The user is entitled to request a refund of the unused portion of the paid subscription. To do so, please send an email to:

Refunds are processed proportionally to the unused subscription period, unless otherwise required by law.
4.3 Additional Information
After the first payment, funds will be automatically and without separate authorization charged from the linked card at the billing frequency specified in the chosen Plan until the subscription is canceled by the user.
